•	Organize the ship’s clearance in every port of call. 

•	Responsible for enforce the Safety and environmental policy of the company for all the staff and crewmembers onboard of our fleet.
•	Ensure that the processes needed for the Environmental management system are established, implemented and maintained.
•	Promote safe work practice.
•	Ensuring development, submission for approval, implementation and maintenance of the Security Safety Plan (SSP) and manuals this is confidential information for Mexican Merchant Marine.
•	Reviewed manuals of the company periodically to make changes on it if apply and keeping updated.
•	The Designated Person Ashore provides a link between the Company and the Crew onboard. 
•	Having direct access to the highest level of Management.

•	Directly responsible for Operation and Logistic of Vessels as required by clients, attend On/Off-hire for our fleet also responsible of all preventive and corrective maintenance along with the Chief Eng onboard of each vessel to keep main engines running for operation. Verify that our fleet comply with the STCW, MARPOL, SOLAS, ISPS and ISM Codes. Collaborate with HSE topics, issues, and all formality necessary for carrying out the ISPS & ISM Code. 

•	Responsible for supplying all vessel requisitions and the Logistic transporting of personnel, materials and groceries. Responsible for material storage in warehouse for packaging to be transported at oil field; responsible for administrative procedures in compliance with national and international law.  
 
•	Person in charge of the purchasing process, requisitions, quotes and purchase orders. Management of suppliers portfolio. Purchasing of materials for vessels (maintenance of heavy machinery and equipment Include consumables and permanent material) to keep them running at operations timely. 

•	Responsible for control of crew boarding and disembarking, processing of plane tickets, translates of the work performed on deck, diver inspections and Platform
•	Reports of movements of boats, updating the database, payroll of crewmembers, translations English to Spanish diving activities and control of activities on deck.
•	Responsible for the reception, storage, control and boarding or shipment of the material.
•	Physical check and documentary with certificates of quality of the material received

Aims to provide the necessary knowledge and skills to the professional designed to perform the duties and responsabilities of a Ship Evaluation Assessment, implementation and updating of Ship Security Plan and for liasing with the Ship Security Officer and Port Facillity Security Officer.
