-Coordination of the manufacturing engineering area and the manufacturing engineers for the correct implementation of new projects (APQP) and / or engineering changes.

-Lead the CFT and execute installation, runoff, and startup of transferred and new equipment of upcoming projects. Complete runoffs and PPAP´s on time according to established schedules.

-Responsible for coordinating, updating and ensuring compliance of the related to the department requirements of quality system IATF: 16949 and environmental system ISO 14001:2015.

-Analyze problems and supervise corrections related to machine capability and production rates (OEE) in order to maintain and improve current manufacturing processes to produce parts to specification.

-Leader and trainer at all levels of the plant of Lean manufacturing tools such as SMED, standardized work, Value stream mapping, 5s, etc. In order to reduce waste, including the implementation of corrective actions to have an immediate impact on business results.
