Control, elaboration and handling of Budget (CAPEX) , like supervise all expenses aren't overflowed with the actual Budget. Training all personel in Kaizen focus in the reduction of costs. Developing and implementation of new projects of manufacture , like projects of quality ,Kaizen , efficiency of the plant and lean manufacturing. Handling and direction of strategy for check the documentation , dangers , risks , enviromeental aspects , procedures , plans and controls. Determination , following and implementation of corrective actions for reduce downtime , wastes , avoid rework , sobreprodiction and delay in deliverys. Coordination , direction and supervisión of the team according the necessities  and objectives defined by Plant manager. Following , handlingof team of Plant Engineering (New projects , Continuous Improvement , Process Engineering ,Product ,Test and Desing Engineering  , Maitenance Machinery and Dies). Generate od documentation of new projects (timing , revision, buy of machinery , validations of reports in process , OEE report).       MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS 
Complete handling of transfer of USA and Japan ( 6 months working in USA and 6 months in Japan) , revision , check of design of product , buy of machinery (Stamping ,Injection plastics ,Welding ,machining  and Assemnbly process) total check of scope of Project , revision of costs ,transfer,installation and validation and following all Project for avoid downtime and delay in the Project.

 Transfer, installation, elaboration, design, construction, buy off, and launching of YASKAWA CELL (MOTOMAN)  of Welding Metal Cored and Handling Material including:               Total Management of Budget / application of welding and movements of material, viability, cost, time and/or cost of negotiation with the supplier (Michigan, (USA) Clinton Machine to Crown (Mexico). Programming of robots YASKAWA (MOTOMAN) for undercarriages (Start of new project) Project of reduction of cycle time in the cell of undercarriages from 27 minutes to 21 minutes (Increment from 16 pieces to 21 pieces for shift). Project KAIZEN (1st step 5´S , 2nd Identify of material , 3rd Visual Factory , 4st TPM , 5st Internal Auditory , 6st Safety and Ergonomics and Lay out, 7st Improve in the cycle time and productivity , 8st Reduction of costs  and 9st GANTT) in the lines of forks (Stamping area).

Design and set-up of robotic cell including process (Laser cutting, welding MIG,TIG) changes of engineering, viability, cycle time and all type calculus of cost with robots (Fanuc, ABB,KUKA and motoman). Analysis ,evaluation of projects for increase the productivity and reduction of changes of model(Application of SMED) reducing the changes of model  from 2 hours to 20 minutes(Impact High) (Achievement of certificate GREEN belt in Lean SIX SIGMA) and Optimization of process of production
