Following and compliance the production programs , assuring the achievement of the objectives in subject of quality , delivery time , maintenance ,safety and reduction of costs. Control, elaboration and handling of Budget (CAPEX) , like supervise all expenses aren't overflowed with the actual Budget. Training all personel in Kaizen focus in the reduction of costs. Developing and implementation of new projects of manufacture , like projects of quality ,Kaizen , efficiency of the plant and lean manufacturing. Handling and direction of strategy for check the documentation , dangers , risks , enviromeental aspects , procedures , plans and controls. Determination , following and implementation of corrective actions for reduce downtime , wastes , avoid rework , sobreprodiction and delay in deliverys. Coordination , direction and supervisión of the team according the necessities  and objectives defined by Plant manager. Following , handlingof team of Plant Engineering (New projects , Continuous Improvement , Process Engineering ,Product ,Test and Desing Engineering  , Maitenance Machinery and Dies). Generate od documentation of new projects (timing , revision, buy of machinery , validations of reports in process , OEE report).       MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS 
Complete handling of transfer of USA and Japan ( 6 months working in USA and 6 months in Japan) , revision , check of design of product , buy of machinery (Stamping ,Injection plastics ,Welding ,machining  and Assemnbly process) total check of scope of Project , revision of costs ,transfer,installation and validation and following all Project for avoid downtime and delay in the Project. 

Monitoring and launching of Projects (Assembly Lines including process such as: machinery CNC, Cells of robots, PLASMA, oxyfuel and stamping) and knowledge in new technologies of avant-garde. Design and development of products and manufacture of different products of lift-trucks including all design of manufacturing. Installation of different machinery such as: CNC, RoboticCell(Laser cutting, Welding MIG ,Welding TIG) Helium Tester , Bubble Tester ,Washing Machine, Presses of Stamping ,Bending and Rolling. Installation of Robotic Cell (With magnetic head of Laser cladding, MIG, TIG, SPOT and Paint) for rebuild of products. Give support and direction all departments of plant for can become the objectives requested for the Plant Manager and reach the objectives of the profitability  of the business  in short and large time. Administration in projects of capital (About 20 projects) Implementation and Leadership  in projects of  KAIZEN or improve Development of Reverse Engineering for all type of components Design and Development of new products (Introduction of new models VPI) Project Management (RFTA , SIX SIGMA ,Core tools and Lean Manufacturing) Developing and implementing improved methods of work and interaction with leaders  of Global teams
 MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS
 Transfer, installation, elaboration, design, construction, buy off, and launching of YASKAWA CELL (MOTOMAN)  of Welding Metal Cored and Handling Material including:               Total Management of Budget / application of welding and movements of material, viability, cost, time and/or cost of negotiation with the supplier (Michigan, (USA) Clinton Machine to Crown (Mexico). Programming of robots YASKAWA (MOTOMAN) for undercarriages (Start of new project) Project of reduction of cycle time in the cell of undercarriages from 27 minutes to 21 minutes (Increment from 16 pieces to 21 pieces for shift). Project KAIZEN (1st step 5´S , 2nd Identify of material , 3rd Visual Factory , 4st TPM , 5st Internal Auditory , 6st Safety and Ergonomics and Lay out, 7st Improve in the cycle time and productivity , 8st Reduction of costs  and 9st GANTT) in the lines of forks (Stamping area). 

Develop of project plans (project scope, timelines, cost, resources, risk, quality, communications and procurement). Following of projects with the respect of the three main project drivers: cost, timing, and quality, according to the automotive industry standards. Manages all tracks all prototype phases A, B, C including PPAP, followed by ramp up tracking. Handling of system of quality: APQP, PPAP, FMEA and control plan. Prepares minutes/ actions plans following meetings in order to ensure all events are appraised of progress at all time. Use of ERP, Product Engineering(ECR), audit, coordination of rules  ISO TS 16949 and ISO 14001 and systems of quality like: QRQC,QRAP ,8D´s, PDCA, Kaizen and specifications of design(DS); Handling of systems of production (SMED,KAIZEN,HOSHIN,KANBAN,TPM,KOSU,5S, VSM) ,documentation AMEF and Handling  of Core tools (AIAG). Value Stream Mapping , control of engineering test  in different process of manufacturing(Machining, stamping, die casting and assembly lines) and product test (PTR) ,and Handling of changes of engineering all plant(ECN). Programming of CNC (Turn, Drill until 5 axes with double spindle) and CADCAM (DELCAM) controller (Fanuc).

 Design, construction, follow-up, administration of project and control all transference of project engine block 6V including buy and installation all machinery like: CNC, robots, tooling’s, Presses of stamping and assembly lines) until set-up once Germany (Stuttgart, Obernburg), also taking all responsibility until deliver product to supplier 

Leader of  KAIZEN( Application of LEAN MANUFATURING) , with focus in reduction of costs( SIX  SIGMA) methodology  (DMAIC), for increase of productivity, elimination of wastes , standardization of process and products. Generate all type of quotation for new projects different process of manufacturing (stamping, welding and assembly). Administration of projects( Control of budget, follow-up and supervise  teams of work until project finish) Training of personnel about new methods in procedures for improves the global efficiency of the plant and analysis in solution of problems (claim of supplier). Analysis of information, planning, control and validation of improve in the lines of production (work in team with different areas of the plant).
 MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS
 Elaboration of cost analysis/profit of the projects reporting the savings the organization. Transference, handling, installation, elaboration, design, construction, buy off and launch of different press in different tonnage from 200 ton until 2500 tonnage (transfer, tandem, progressives, forming). Design and set-up of robotic cell including process (Laser cutting, welding MIG,TIG) changes of engineering, viability, cycle time and all type calculus of cost with robots (Fanuc, ABB,KUKA and motoman). Analysis ,evaluation of projects for increase the productivity and reduction of changes of model(Application of SMED) reducing the changes of model  from 2 hours to 20 minutes(Impact High) (Achievement of certificate GREEN belt in Lean SIX SIGMA) and Optimization of process of production

Operation, Development and On Point of Presses (Transfer, Progressives and Tandem line) until 2500 Ton AIDA and ISGEC. , ENGEL (Presses of Injection plastics) and Machining process (Makino and Moriseki) Monitoring of Proofs and Prototypes of Stamping to Assembly lines. Monitoring in increase of efficiency in presses (TRP). Monitoring and launching of projects focusing to the cost reduction.
