Provide customer support during their implementation cycle, go-live and post-go-live... solid experience in administration of weblogic servers on linux or windows...

Experience with technologies such as windows ui automation accessibility framework, text-to-speech, language models... the ideal candidate should have a strong background...

Working experience with windows and/or linux and/or macos platforms... during the process of testing, you will acquire deep knowledge of the oracle on prem and cloud...

Candidate should be open for a 24x7 support model as per rotational schedule, as well as occasional overtime activities during scheduled maintenance windows...

Provides customer service support in coordination with the logistic and traders groups... responsible for organizing, filing, and reviewing of coas from vendors...

Deliver hands-on activities in customer maintenance windows... work in a shared team with members distributed globally and provide proactive support to css customers...
