As a Working Team Leader on our team, you will.
-  Participate in communications with the client  - Support Advisors by solving queries  - Review and improve case handling flow  - Keep track of case handling with time management  - Monitor and report team performance  - Give newly hired agents feedback on their individual performance to improve and motivate their daily work  - Motivate as a team leader controlling turnover and retaining potential and motivated team members    Your qualifications   We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.

- Are bilingual or proficient in German plus advanced English - Have experience in customer care environment  - Have leadership skills  - Have working knowledge of Zendesk or similar CRM, IT equipment and applications.
MS Windows, MS Office, industry and communication skills  - Have experience working with Product and Engineering Teams in a SaaS environment is a plus  - Can adapt quickly to new software and constantly changing business requirements  - Have experience with E-Commerce and ERP systems is beneficial as well  It will be a plus if you.
- Have been a founder yourself and know the pains of a small business  - Have experience of work under pressure and deadlines and coaching experience  - Know how to delegate tasks  - Have problem solving and reactivity abilities  Don’t meet every requirement? No worries.
