We are a boutique service provider specializing in trades and home services, deeply invested in the wellbeing of our team members and clients alike.
Currently, we seek customer service representatives who are ready to take on a significant role. Responsibilities include managing company communications via phone and email and utilizing the CRM system. As part of a closeknit team, your contributions will be impactful.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide administrative support such as data entry, file management, and scheduling appointments
Use problemsolving skills to resolve customer issues
Be techsavvy and have the ability to learn and use new tools and systems
Knowledge or past use of CRMs is a plus
Experience in the Home Service Industry is a plus
Requirements
Proven experience in customer servicevirtual assistant
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent timemanagement and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
High attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Knowledge of Jobber and HouseCall Pro a plus
Familiar with CRMs
