Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Operations to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, ensuring efficiency, vendors, partnerships, productivity, and profitability.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in logistics and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational processes to achieve company goals and objectives.
Own and develop processes and initiatives for daily operations, including warehousing, compliance, interdepartmental workflows, transportation, technologies, and distribution.

Ensure compliance with section 321, type 86 and RFE industry regulations and company policies.
Lead and mentor a team of operations managers and staff.
Collaborate and coach other departments laterally to streamline business processes and improve service delivery.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Manage Operations, indirect and systems budgets, hardware and infrastructure needs and allocate resources effectively.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Participate and engage in deploying workflow, user testing and solution design in SAAS technology WMS, ERP, Middleware,
Own strategic partnerships and deliverables within partner facilities operations
experience in carrier management,

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Ability to thrive in an environment of a startup, with resources being deployed and developing processes from concept to live environment.
