The Role We are looking for a  Value Proposition Manager.
Banking to be part of this amazing fast-growing Fintech.
At Clip He/She will oversee and drive the Banking License Project for our fintech.
He/She will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all stages of the licensing project, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, budgetary requirements, and the company's strategic objectives.
This role requires strong financial acumen, project management expertise, and familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the financial industry.
What will I be doing? Project Management.
Lead the end-to-end project management process for the banking license application, from initial planning through execution, compliance reviews, and final submission.
Stakeholder Management.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Compliance, Legal, Finance, Risk, Tech) and external regulatory bodies, ensuring alignment and facilitating clear, proactive communication.
Regulatory Compliance.
Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant regulations and ensure all project activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements for banking licenses.
Risk Assessment & Mitigation.
Identify potential risks to the project and proactively implement risk mitigation strategies.
Budget Oversight.
Manage project budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring financial efficiency.
Documentation & Reporting.
Develop and maintain project documentation, providing regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders, and ensuring all project deliverables are met on time.
Continuous Improvement.
Identify areas for improvement in project management practices to optimize efficiency, reduce risk, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Ideal Candidate  Education.
Bachelor’s degree Experience.
At least 5 -6 years of experience in project management, with 3+ years in financial services or fintech       Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish Familiarity with banking regulations, licensing processes, and risk management in a fintech context.
Strong analytical skills for budget management, risk assessment, and data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex information clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to identify and solve problems, manage conflicts, and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
