We are seeking a talented individual to join our Accounting Operations team at Marsh McLennan.
This role will be based in Ciudad de Mexico, Torre Mayor office.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Treasury Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing treasury functions, ensuring accurate financial operations, and supporting banking activities across Mexico and Latin America.
You will be responsible for daily banking transactions, cash flow management, and maintaining electronic banking platforms.
We will count on you to.
Process detailed bank statements and manage daily banking transactions in accordance with treasury policies.
Execute payments through Oracle Payments and handle bank clarifications and beneficiary inquiries.
Provide support and auditing for treasury operations in Mexico and Latin America.
Create, close, and manage bank accounts, ensuring proper maintenance and support for electronic banking platforms.
What you need to have.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury, focusing on bank statement analysis.
Advanced proficiency in English and practical experience with Oracle Payments.
Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SWIFT and MT940.

Experience with CITI Global electronic banking platform.
Familiarity with LATAM operations and payroll/tax payment processes.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure with a high sense of responsibility and discretion.
