Mexico City #Hybrid Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to.
Management and execution of accounts payable Novartis Argentina Monitoring and resolution of problems with the different services and suppliers that require payments.
Resolution of rejections, monitoring with banks and generation of information for indicators and decision making.
Preparation of the proposal for suppliers and intercompany (POB).
Application of online payment through e-banking.
Tracking and follow up of payment rejections in local currency.
Role Requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting • Accountability 1-4 years relevant experience • Spanish and advanced English (written and spoken).
• Experience in SAP environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national, matrix organization.
• Proactive, detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable, customer service orientation, professional attitude, reliable.
