What will you do as a Trainer
Collaborate with the Trainers team to provide a comprehensive and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires. Ensure they receive all the essential information to excel at Nexus Tours.
Train team members in our Sales and Airport Operations areas to effectively use our technological tools.
Represent and transmit Nexus Tours core values across the organization, fostering a cohesive and inspiring work culture.

What do we expect from you
Musthaves
Advanced English proficiency mandatory.
Experience in technical training andor the use of technological tools.
Strong presentation skills Enjoy presenting content and managing groups with operational profiles.
Passion for teaching and supporting the growth of individuals, with expertise in both Soft Skills and Hard Skills training.

Nicetohaves
Proficiency in data analysis.
Knowledge of Juniper.
Experience in the tourism sector.
