Position Summary.
Responsible for supporting the training & Certification process of personnel, according to established processes and procedures.
Accomplishment of Quality Management System, Business Management System, Environmental Management System and Customer Specific Requirements.
Supervisory Responsibilities.
As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).
Job Responsibilities.
Operar los procesos principales del área de aprendizaje y desarrollo (asignación de cursos, team buildings, inducción, entrenamientos en piso y temas relacionados a entrenamiento.) Asegurar el cumplimiento de requerimientos legales, de certificaciones y de clientes aplicables al área de entrenamiento.
Coordinar el proceso de certificación para personal hourly de acuerdo con el procedimiento GSP002-P-002 QT.
Cumplir con el seguimiento y programación de los cursos descritos en la Detección de Necesidades de Capacitación.
Entrenar al personal asignado, de acuerdo con las solicitudes aplicables.
Negociación con proveedores de entrenamiento.
Realizar de requisiciones y PR para asegurar la gestión de los entrenamientos.
Asegurar el proceso de certificación garantizando evidencias y registros en los sistemas que cuenta la organización.
Elaborar los reportes solicitados de forma diaria, semanal o mensual según aplique en los tiempos indicados.
Operar el proceso de requerimientos específicos de cliente, en el llenado de matriz, seguimiento y programación de cursos, así como en el resguardo de evidencias.
Mantener actualizado los sistemas de capacitación con la información contenido en las listas de asistencia, diplomas o evidencias obtenidas.
Adoptar, generar y proponer acciones de entrenamiento y desarrollo para evitar y prevenir no conformidades relacionadas con el producto, procesos, sistemas de gestión de calidad y medioambiental.
Participar, apoyar y promover los eventos de recursos humanos relacionados a responsabilidad social, comunicación, cultura, recreación y voluntariados cuando se les solicita.
Aplicación y seguimiento a evaluaciones 360.
Apoyar los programas de certificación relacionadas con el Harman Production System (ATL y Certificación).
Apoyos generales solicitados por Sr.
