Requisitos del puesto Educación mínima requerida.
Universitario con título en logística, comercio internacional o carrera afín.
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en funciones similares.
Dominio avanzado del idioma inglés.
Conocimientos intermedios en embarques, logística y rastreo.
Responsabilidades del puesto Coordinar con los gerentes de operaciones para actualizar el estado de los envíos diariamente.
Responsable de actualizar las cargas asignadas fuera del horario establecido.
Garantizar que todas las cargas se ejecuten puntualmente y comunicarse con el departamento de OPS/cliente.
Coordinar con los transportistas para confirmar recolecciones/entregas en plazos específicos.
Utilizar el TMS para ingresar notas relacionadas con cada carga y adjuntar la documentación correspondiente.
Mantener actualizadas las ETA en el sistema según el estado más reciente.
