Responsibilities The Opportunity.
Responsible of Annual Operetion Planning of People Cost of CARICAM & ANDINOS, analysis of desviation of monthly closing and FCST.
Your Impact.
As TR Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of Generation of People Cost AOP at CARICAM & ANDINOS.
Analyze variances in closings vs FCST.
Perform monthly FCST at HC level to report to finance.
Costing of people at the request of HRBP.
Performing executive presentations for VP's.
Calculation of monthly Bonus Provisions per person.
Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education Bachelor Degree (Engennier, Finance, Actuary, Business Administration or related with applicable work experience) Experience Fluent in English and Spanish (Written & Verbal skills), Portugueses (Basic) Experience of 1 year or less Advanced level of Excel (Power BI, Powe Pivot) Knowledge in data interpretation and statistical analysis of market data Ability to do analysis, you do not need proven experience in this, but you know how to interpret data.
