Role Essentials Language Skills.
Proficiency in both French and English is a must.

Professional skills It is possible to have solid background in programming of any other than JavaScript language, preferably object-oriented one e.

Java, Python, PHP and learn ServiceNow during introduction phase; Experience in agile development methodology; Experience in working directly with customers; Experience with Frameworks such as AngularJS, Bootstrap, JUnit, Apache Maven, ServiceNow, ATF, Selenium; ServiceNow certifications would be a plus e.
.
CSA, CIS, CAD or ISTQB; Good team working / interpersonal skills/ analytical skills; Good understanding of relational databases; Good understanding of ITIL and Software Development Lifecycle; Monitoring tools experience (Nagios, SCOM, ELK) is a big advantage.
What will you be doing Customer and internal meetings.
project planning, service management reviews, workshops on request; Knowledge about Active Directory; Knowledge of GPO/DNS/DHCP/WSUS; Practical knowledge of Web Services - REST/SOAP; Experience in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
