Looking to enhance your accounting skills while supporting a global team? Come join our Finance team as a Temporary Finance Professional.
Where you’ll be responsible for managing cash position reports, processing vendor payments, and performing account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
You will collaborate with treasury, finance, and procurement teams to streamline payment processes, support month-end close activities, and enhance internal controls.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing    Cash positions and payment processing.
Responsible for calculating and preparing cash position reports shared with Treasury.
Ensures the correct processing and confirmation of outgoing payments while overseeing reconciliation of cash transactions.
Enhances visibility into cash positions and drives automation to reduce manual transactions Accounts reconciliations and financial accuracy.
P e rforms monthly reconciliations of treasury, cash, and bank accounts.
Manages the reconciliation of open balances with suppliers, ensuring proper documentation and classification.
Supports the aging balance clean-up process and identifies discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.
Accounts payables and payments.
Executes daily payments to suppliers across the Kellanova Latin America region, ensuring correct registration of transactions.
Monitors rejected bank payments and oversees reconciliation of accounting entries.
Works closely with banking operations, finance, treasury, and procurement teams to streamline payment processes.
Month end close and reporting.
Supports month-end close activities, including SAP, ANAPLAN, and BPC processes.
Assists in financial reporting and provides stakeholders with accurate data.
Identifies opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate reconciliation and financial processes.
Internal controls.
Ensures proper documentation and validation of account reconciliations in compliance with internal policies.
Supports internal and external audits, verifies financial reporting accuracy, and contributes to the continuous improvement of accounting procedures and internal controls.
We’re Looking for Someone With Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (accountant experience required) Analytical skills, attention to detail and focused on result.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Word, with advanced Excel skills (conditional functions such as SUMIF, VLOOKUP, PivotTables) Intermediate English skills.
Strong teamwork skills.
