Department Overview Technical Triage is the face of Motorola.
Our goal is to provide top customer service to all of our customers providing assistance with movement solutions for the US as well as routing customers in the right path when calling Motorola Solutions.
Job Description We are looking for enthusiastic customer service professionals who want to be responsible for supporting inbound calls and resolving a wide variety of complex customer issues.
Call types include order inquiries, warranty replacement requests, post-sale-related customer service inquiries, service repair requests, and basic troubleshooting.
