Department Overview Technical Triage is the first contact our customers have with the company.
Our main goal is to provide our customers with the best experience by helping them with inquiries or routing them to the correct place.
Job Description Motorola Solutions is looking to hire a Technical Triage Customer Care Representative in Reynosa, Mexico.
We are looking for people who are enthusiastic about customer service, who wants to be responsible for supporting inbound calls which involve resolving a wide variety of complex customer issues.
Call types include order inquiries, warranty replacement requests, postsale related customer service inquiries, service repair requests, and basic troubleshooting.
The candidate for this position must possess an excellent service attitude, as they will be representing the company's customer service department.
They should have a natural inclination towards providing exceptional service and always strive to exceed customer expectations.
A strong team player - this role requires working closely with other team members to ensure efficient and effective customer support.
Collaboration and cooperation are key in this position, as the candidate will be expected to contribute to the overall success of the team.
Strong bilingual communication skills and verbal fluency in Spanish and English.
They will be responsible for providing telephone support to customers, which requires clear and concise communication.
The ability to listen actively and articulate solutions effectively is crucial in order to provide satisfactory assistance to customers.
Possess the necessary knowledge and skills to provide telephone support for equipment they will be trained on and provide step by step resolutions on some troubleshooting steps.
Finally, the candidate should have a strong desire to exhaust all resources and learn new Motorola Solutions technology and grow professionally.
The field of technology is constantly evolving, and the candidate should be motivated to stay updated with the latest advancements.
This willingness to learn and adapt will not only benefit the candidate's professional growth but will also enhance their ability to provide excellent customer support.
