TECHNICAL SUPPORT WITH FRENCH (1ST LEVEL)

You will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of Windows and Linux-based systems.
In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve issues, monitor system performance, and assist end-users.
What will you be doing.
Provide Level 1 guidance for incidents and issues to which we are notified by our customers or by monitoring systems; Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues; Install and configure software and applications; Plan and execute changes and releases; Monitor system performance and ensure systems are running optimally; Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures; Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve issues and improve system performance; Assist end-users with technical issues and provide training as needed; Maintain hardware inventory and perform regular maintenance on systems; Requirements.
Basic knowledge of Windows, UNIX, Linux, Database (Level 1, but not 0) Proficiency in French (ideally B2, minimum level B1) Ability to work in shifts, providing 24/7 support; Strong teamwork skills; Methodical and disciplined approach to work; Excellent communication abilities; Initiative and good learning abilities.
