Evolve CX está buscando un profesional de soporte técnico apasionado y experimentado para unirse a nuestro equipo en crecimiento.
Responsabilidades:
- Proporcionar soporte técnico de alto nivel a nuestros clientes B2B.
- Depurar y resolver problemas relacionados con aplicaciones web y SQL.
- Realizar soluciones de problemas básicas de redes.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia comprobada en soporte técnico B2B.
- Amplio conocimiento de SQL y aplicaciones web.
- Capacidad demostrada en la resolución de problemas de redes básicos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente.
