Technical Sourcer Location.
Trichy Shift:.
ight Shift Key Responsibilities.
Proactively source candidates for technical roles such as software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps professionals.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines through various platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow).
Work closely with the recruiting team to align sourcing strategies with the team's hiring needs and proactively support the recruiting process.
Ensure the sourcing efforts are aligned with the required skill sets for each role and proactively address any challenges.
Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS and ensure timely follow-up with the team.
Qualifications.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing technical talent.
Familiarity with technical roles and key skills such as programming languages, cloud computing, and data analysis.
Strong experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with recruiting teams.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
