You will be responsible for directing all SVS business lines strategies aimed at sales growth and profitability.
In this position, you will report to the VP Sales & Services Mexico & CAM.
This position is mainly located in Irapuato, Guanajuato MX and Cananea, Sonora MX.
However, it involves up to % of travel to Customer Sites.
Team you belong to You will join a team of Technical Sales Support experts focused on providing solutions to Sales Manager and Customers.
We work closely with internal stakeholders, such as Account Managers, Product Specialists, and Manufacturing Units to develop various SVS solutions for customers and expand business opportunities for the company.
What you'll do.
• Manage the Strategy.
Promote sales growth for the MECA Market Area by implementing the SVS business strategy.
• Coordinate & Collaborate.
Guide the SVS Technical Sales Support team, collaborating with internal stakeholders like Account Managers, Product Specialists, and Manufacturing Units to create tailored solutions.
• Present Cutting-Edge Solutions.
Develop and present significant value propositions and win plans that resonate with customers and elevate sales.
• Innovate & Promote.
Encourage innovation by promoting new product designs and solutions, building solid internal and external relationships.
• Reach Targets.
Meet sales targets, generate leads, and grow customer base.
• Provide Product Support.
Deliver product inspections, analysis, and detailed reports to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
• Grow the Team.
Develop and coordinate a consistent team to support all SVS products and customer needs.
