Introduction We are seeking a Technical Sales Support Engineer Coordinator for CNS, MECA to join our Market Area Sales and Service Mexico team.
You will be responsible for implementing all CNS business lines strategies aimed at sales growth and profitability.
In this position, you will report to the VP Sales & Services Mexico & CAM.
This position is mainly located in Irapuato, Guanajuato MX and Cananea, Sonora MX.
However, it involves up to % of travel to Customer Sites.
Team you belong to You will join a team of Technical Sales Support experts focused on providing solutions to Sales Manager and Customers.
We work closely with internal stakeholders, such as Account Managers, Product Specialists, and Manufacturing Units to develop various CNS solutions for customers and expand business opportunities for the company.
What you'll do.
• Execute Strategy for Growth.
Manage the execution of CNS business strategies to increase both sales growth and profitability in the NCA Market Area.
• Be the Technical Expert.
Coordinate the CNS TSS team, offering high-quality product support and technical analysis to existing and potential customers.
• Deliver Custom Solutions.
Develop and present tailored value propositions and win plans that resonate with customers, supporting sales goals.
• Promote Innovation.
Introduce new product designs and innovations to end-users, changing market trends and internal development teams.
• Customer Relationship Building.
Establish solid relationships with customers to create repeat business and generate new leads, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Enhance Performance.
Assume responsibility for sales targets and order management, ensuring the realization of your region's targets.
• Analyze and Optimize.
Perform detailed product inspections, including wear reports and product performance analysis, to ensure quality in all deliveries.
• Conduct Negotiations.
Manage pricing, deliveries, and customer negotiations to maintain Metso's competitive edge.
