Currently the client is searching for a Technical Recruiter, HR & Administration person to join our team in Mexico to help keep building the Mexico-USA team, support with HR activities as well as to be the liaison with Finance & Administration department.
Your position is key to build an amazing team, establish amazing Company culture, employer branding and more! Your main activities.
Recruitment process for the Mexico office working for USA (preferably in Mexico City, including ICEX Vives program) and searching for technical profiles that could match as freelance working from outside Mexico City (even other countries).
Organize recruitment process (continuous improvement) with 2 days training.
interviews and workshop to analyze the characteristics of all the profiles.
Stronger evaluation process(positive vs.
negative profiles).
Follow up and closing Freelance contracts.
Manage internal staff.
Assistance to employment fairs.
always looking for talent.
Study the implementation of an education program.
Academy Support Senior role in Spain with EPR’s, Employment Analysis, discovery of new talent, Bonus analysis, bonus package, etc.
Support in Office Management and Administration.
Implement training activities for the Mexican USA group.
RRHH point of contact.
illness, vacation, payroll, taxes, teleworking, etc.
We required a candidate with.
Science Academic background required (statistics, mathematics, engineering, health or alike) Proficiency in English is mandatory.
This person will be validating English on a high-technical level among candidates interviews.
Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition and on-boarding best practices.
Highly organised and focused on providing an amazing candidate experience.
Experience supporting organisational development and internal career growth strategies.
Training & workshops design will be highly valued.
Previous experience in Research and/or Strategic Consultancy firms is desirable.
Knowledge and previous experience with an ATS.
Ability to effectively manage and deliver results sourcing for multiple vacancies from cross-functional roles, at the same time, will be key.
