he Technical Program Manager (TPM) coordinates and facilitates the team's workload, aligning work and capacity within and across teams to create conditions for high performance.
The TPM facilitates conversations to complete user stories, ensuring acceptance criteria are actionable, and use the product roadmap to guide the team's efforts towards delivering the highest value outcomes.

+4 years of experience in digital transformation, preferably on mobile apps.
trong experience as a Scrum Master and with Agile methodologies.

bility to make data-driven decisions to align the product roadmap.
articipation and collaboration in engineering team ceremonies to drive execution of mobile platform programs.
ollaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery end to end.
trong ITSM skills in problem and release management.

xcellent communication skills for driving conversations with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders.
