TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER

ota-ay-mxdev Manage the development and implementation process of Autonomous Database Serverless, involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects and initiatives.
Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending.
Monitor the project from initiation through delivery.
Organize the inter-functional activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints.
Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Career Level - IC4 Some specific responsibilities might include.
Paying close attention and have a deep understanding of content management and regulation of the autonomous database code-base Delivery of projects on the marquee database offering of Autonomous Database Driving tooling and automations to help support content oversight and project delivery of autonomous database Developing and maintaining project plans, including project scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines Identifying and managing dependencies and associated risks associated Coordinating resources and tasks across multiple teams and disciplines Collaborating with developers and operations teams to understand and address technical challenges Monitoring and reporting on project progress to stakeholders Improving processes to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the development and operations teams.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background, excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with agile software development methodologies, is a must.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
3 to 5+ years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
