This position reports to Customer Operations Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role you will be the technical contact person for our brands ABB STOTZ, BUSCH-JAEGER and STRIEBEL & JOHN in the 3-tier sales organization to provide technical solutions, advice and offers on products, systems and applications.
Your role and responsibilities.
• Providing technical solutions and advice on ABB products, systems and applications to customers, sales channels and / or sales engineers • Preparation of quotations based on incoming inquiries and drawings • Providing telephone advice and support to our B2B customers • Participation in training courses on products, solutions and services • Supervision of trainees Qualifications for the role Completed vocational training in the electrical sector, skilled worker, master craftsman, technician Experience in electrical building installation is desirable Confident and adept at digital work, very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English Successful completion of the instructor's license What's in it for you?
