At Experis TI we are looking for a Tech Java Developer to work under a hybrid scheme 3 day in the office and 2 days home office Duties and Responsibilities A Software Engineer works collaboratively on the agile development team, providing advanced software engineering expertise to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
The ideal candidate will deeply understand software architecture, prioritize quality, and be committed to enhancing our codebase's security, scalability, readability, and testabilit Desired Education, Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
7-10 years of experience in full-stack enterprise software development (UI, back end, API, database).
Expertise in software engineering design principles, architectural patterns, and leading complex and scalable system implementations.
Strong leadership qualities with a proven ability to mentor and guide a team through technical challenges and solution development.
Effective communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Extensive experience in Agile development, continuous integration, and delivery practices.
Deep knowledge of secure software development practices.
Experience in implementing a variety of application architectures, particularly in cloud-based, multi-tenant, high-volume, and high-availability contexts.
