● Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Experience using CRM and other productivity tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Google Apps) ● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
● C1+ English and Spanish Spoken and Written proficiency Responsibilities ● Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions and recommendations.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall business performance.
● Conduct regular performance evaluations and set goals for individual team members.
● Foster a positive team culture and maintain open communication channels within the team.
● Coordinate and allocate tasks, ensuring optimal resource utilization and efficiency.
● Monitor team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
● Act as a point of contact between team members and management, conveying updates and concerns.
