As a Team Leader on our team, you will.
- Train and prepare agents  - Identify weak points in agents and report to supervisor  - Do training planning and identification of team training needs  - Answer calls as advisor profile  - Work with the client to make sure all processes are being controlled and followed  - Identify the issues anticipating client ‘s complains  - Be permanently in touch with the client regarding new product, technical issues and other aspects of the Project  Your qualifications    We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
