TEAM LEADER III, MANUFACTURING (MOLDING)
Descripción de la oferta de empleo
Team Leader III, Manufacturing (molding)/Jefe de Grupo de Moldeo Es responsable de coordinar personal operativo para lograr las metas de producción.
Coordinar personal operativo en el proceso de manufactura para cumplir con los planes y programas de producción.
Distribuir a los operadores en el total de máquinas del área de moldeo que están trabajando de manera equitativa.
Entrenar a personal en las operaciones del proceso de acuerdo a instructivos de operación.
Interpretar y seguir el programa de producción generado por el departamento de planeación.
Interpretación de dibujos para cambio de configuración de números de parte en moldes de acuerdo a especificaciones de dibujo para cada número de parte.
Coordinación de secado de resina para las órdenes de trabajo con el tiempo de anticipación necesaria para que esté lista al momento de que la orden inicie.
Coordinación de mezcla de resinas con pigmentación y material molido de acuerdo a BOM y especificaciones en dibujo según el número de parte.
Imprimir órdenes de trabajo, etiquetas y todos los formatos necesarios por el operador.
Solicitar al almacén a través de una requisición de material todos los materiales que pide el BOM de la orden de trabajo.
Verificar que las órdenes de trabajo se terminen de acuerdo a la cantidad requerida en la orden de trabajo y tener evidencia.
Educación.
Preferentemente Secundaria o 2 años de experiencia en el puesto.
Experiencia.
1 año mínimo en el puesto similar Why CommScope.
