-Experiencia de 1 año como supervisor de call center -Manejo de reportes en Excel.
Capacidad de análisis.
(se realizará prueba) -Manejo de métricas, telefonía, cumplimiento, etc.
-Proactivo.
Orientado a resultados.
Alto compromiso en cumplimiento de tareas.
-Alto sentido de urgencia -Toma de decisiones, manejo de conflictos Conocimiento de.
PC, Office intermedio.
-Disponibilidad de horario.
Funciones.
-Establecer y dar continuidad a las estrategias de gestión.
-Liderar el equipo de operación y garantizar los protocolos establecidos.
-Capacitación periódica para mejorar continua y disminución de errores.
-Asegurar el cumplimiento de operación (herramientas de software y hardware).
-Promover un buen ambiente de trabajo.
-Seguimiento en controles internos, métricas de personal y reportes de operación.
