We are growing our Operations and Technology Solutions team, a key part of our global Talent & Development function.
We are now hiring a T&D Impact and Benefits Realization Lead (Learning Measurement Analyst) to join our team.
This role is responsible for ensuring that the investments made in talent and development programs yield tangible benefits to the organization.
The role requires critical thinking, project management expertise, and strong leadership skills.
The location of the role is Guadalajara, Mexico.
Accountabilities.
In this role, you will develop an impact measurement strategy, conduct data collection and financial analysis, identify and quantify benefits, prepare impact reports, find opportunities for improvement, engage stakeholders, and assess risk.
You will work closely with partners to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and foster a culture of benefits realization excellence.
Essential Skills/Experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, finance, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in benefits realization management or a related role - Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and standard processes - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends - Exceptional communication and presentation skills - Demonstrated ability to develop and implement pivotal initiatives - Proficient in project management software and tools, as well Microsoft Office Desirable Skills/Experience.
- Certification in project management (e.
., PMP, PRINCE 2) - Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar - Background in Data Science (trend analysis, statistics, adoption trends, costing) When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
