To keep up with our growth, we’re seeking a driven and insightful Executive Talent Recruiter to help us bring on board exceptional teaching talent.
osition Overview.
n this pivotal role, you’ll take charge of screening and interviewing potential instructors sourced by our talent acquisition team.
You’ll "sell" the candidates on our mission to deliver high-quality education and assess their fit for ELVTR's rigorous standards.
This position requires a blend of interpersonal skills, strong intuition for assessing talent, and a passion for sharing ELVTR’s vision with potential instructors.
If a candidate aligns with our values and qualifications, you’ll then transition them to our production team for course development.

Responsibilities.
Interview Prospective Instructors.
Conduct interviews and assessments of candidates sourced by the recruiting team, evaluating both their teaching potential and alignment with ELVTR's mission.
Convey ELVTR’s Vision.
Communicate the ELVTR story, emphasizing our values and the impact of joining our team of instructors.
Qualify Candidates.
Make recommendations for candidates you believe have the expertise, passion, and communication skills to inspire our students.
Coordinate with the Production Team.
Transition successful candidates to course producers, ensuring a smooth handoff for the course development process.
Support Talent Acquisition.
Work closely with recruiting sourcers to maintain a strong candidate pipeline, providing insights and feedback to improve future sourcing.
