45% Implement development actions and training programs as onboarding, mandatory courses, Talent Journey courses Administrate LMS and support users in all locations Follow up STPS process (meetings, documents, enrollment) RESOURCE MANAGEMENT.
20 % LMS.
Stellantis Learning Hub Training tools 3 years of experience in training- areas or similar positions, experience coordinating training events, managing STPS training processs, administrating an LMS Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, education, human resources or similar Fluent English Technical Knowledge.
