Responsibilities The Opportunity Accountable for the Talent Management operation supporting the teams, ensuring the execution of the processes in the global catalog.
Provide visibility of such processes through relevant indicators that will bring efficiency.
Identify opportunities to implement automatization and standardization.
Your Impact As Talent Management Jr Manager your scope would consist of Assure execution of all Talent Management services within agreed SLAs.
Managed and resolved all tickets received by end users to achieve the best user experience.
Cascade global guidelines and processes within the sector, support our people business partners, and end users regarding Talent Management.
Ensure communication with all relevant teams to provide feedback regarding local needs and exceptions needed constantly.
Manage Talent Management team by establishing objectives, performance management and motivating the team to provide the best service possible.
Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor Degree is required Advanced English is a must Minimum 5 years of Functional knowledge of Talent Management processes Collaboration with multicultural teams and vendors High analysis capacity and problem-solving.
