What's the Role? We are looking for a motivated, curious and enthusiastic professional to join our Regional Talent Acquisition team in Panama City, recruiting strategic roles for Latin America at the same time that works with recruitment related projects with regional impact.

What does the role involve? The purpose of the role is to partner with the business to attracting, hire and onboard of the best people.
The role involves collaborating and consulting with business leaders and hiring managers on strategic and tactical recruitment plans.
The job holder works with the HR Business Partners to research, identify and attract external talents to Hilti through various executive sourcing, networking and search strategies designed to diversify and develop the external talent pipeline.
The job holder must identify and screen external leadership talent on a global level through networking, relationship building and development of an external talent community for Hilti.

What you need is.
Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition roles recruiting positions at different levels.
Similar industries in Construction, Technical, Energy & Industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree completed is required.
Master's is a plus  Fluent English is required + either Spanish or Portuguese with willingness to learn  a third language Proven track record, with hands-on experience using various sourcing techniques and tools Experience in managing recruitment related projectsin an in-house environment Outstanding communication skills, resilient, ability to coach candidates and hiring managers towards finding the best talent for Hilti Initiative and drive for execution with data-driven mindset Passion for engaging talents and elevating candidate experience throughout the hiring process Experience supervising team members is a plus  Availability to work in a hybrid scheme with 2 days home office Why should you apply?
