Responsibilities The Opportunity Analyst will be responsible for scheduling process for external staffing process, within a specific area of business, function or geography.
Your Impact As Talent Acquisition Scheduling Analyst your functions would consist of - Execute and deliver interview scheduling for US - Good customer service - Meeting Service Level Agreements timing and delivery - Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time - Proactive communication to candidates, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition Managers - Ability to thrive in a metrics driven organization.
Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Psychology, HR or related • Experience in customer service/HR.
Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook • Proficient English oral and written communication skills (advanced) (MUST).
• Attention to detail and strong follow-through skills • Collaborative teammate • Personable, high energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative, dynamic organizations.
