About the role In this role you will be assigned to recruiting support as researcher/sourcer for diverse roles, this role is expected to conduct pre-screening calls, candidate scheduling, administration, background checks and pre-boarding duties.
Additionally, during the internship, you will be assigned to support other Talent areas related to learning & development.
The Talent Intern will also work with the Talent Acquisition and Learning Teams for day-to-day support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for project to support GM Financial Internship experience.
Location.
Monterrey, NL Time Availability.
25 Hours What you need Active student in bachelors such as.
Psychology, HR, Administration, Engineering or related.
English & Spanish proficiency (both written & verbal).
Availability for at least 30 hours per week (6 hours per day).
Communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Visual design Skills (to create presentations / reports).
Academic knowledge of learning theories and instructional curriculum.
Open to learning and developing skills.
Customer Service oriented.
Background experience HR, recruiting, learning or administrative activities is a plus.
What you will be doing Conduct phone pre-screenings.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage ad-hoc reporting related to TA.
Job Board postings such as.
OCC, University Job Boards, etc.
Support in job fair logistics and recruitment events.
Contribute in DE &I efforts related with Talent Acquisition activities.
Candidate pre-hire checks & evaluations support.
Support administrative tasks related to learning & development.
Proof reading content, translations & presentation design.
Assigned Project.
