Role Tableau Reporting Specialist

Will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining robust reporting solutions using Tableau. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating data visualizations, analyzing complex data sets, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.

REQUIRED EDUCATION EXPERIENCE

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, with a minimum of five 5 years of relevant industry experience Masters degree preferred.
At least three 3 years of experience in creating and managing Tableau reports and dashboards.
Strong proficiency in Tableau, including data visualization, Tableau Prep, and data modeling.
Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience in working with large datasets and integrating data from multiple sources.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
Ability to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of reporting solutions.
Knowledge of SQL and other data querying languages is preferred.
Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problemsolving skills and a consultative approach to addressing business challenges.

Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
Work with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform data analysis to extract key insights, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through thorough data validation and testing processes.
Integrate data from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, and other data platforms.
Optimize Tableau reports and dashboards for performance and scalability.
Provide training and support to endusers on Tableau tools and best practices.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of reporting processes, methodologies, and procedures.
Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and industry trends to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless data integration and automation.
Present regular status updates, reports, and insights to stakeholders and project teams.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and best practices in data management.
