The LEGO Continuous Improvement Department (LCI) focuses on creating the necessary competencies for continuous improvement at all levels of the organization to achieve the strategic objectives defined each year; which is achieved through training and ensuring the correct use of the available improvement tools.
Core Responsabilities Develop and design training materials of Continuous Improvement tools (E-learnings, Power Point, etc.) Document and update internal processes.
Support on LEGO Continuous Improvement Capabilities projects Document and update methodologies and tools for Continuous Improvement Support on promote Continuous Improvement programs Do you have what it takes? Education.
Active student from 7th semester and above preferably Industrial Engineer, Bachelor of Sociology Bachelor of Education, Psychology (Industrial) or similar (Availability to remain in the role for 12 months) Knowledge of Office tools specially Excel, Power Point and a plus if any Microsoft Platform (like Power BI, Power app, Forms, etc.) Good verbal and written communication both in Spanish and English Proactive, responsible Able to work independently but also energized/thrives in a team environment High level of cooperation and teamwork Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
