The Google Cloud Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations team acts as trusted advisors, partnering with Sales, Customer Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Partners and Google Cloud Consulting to plan, strategize, and run the business in a transformational way.
As a Strategy and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for defining, landing and executing on our key strategic priorities to drive operational excellence, business growth, and productivity.
You will help to define our overall go-to-market strategy, propose where we make new investments, build business plans for new infrastructure projects, analyze the financial viability of different solutions and verticals, and study the market to ensure we stay ahead of macroeconomic trends and our participant.
You will help operationalize key planning processes and drive various escalations raised by the sales organization to successful outcomes.
You will also be responsible for helping goal setting, territory design, expansion plans and managing the rhythm of the business activities.
You will provide business insights, ensure cross-functional alignment, drive strategic partnerships, and execute new initiatives.
You will align company priorities with day-to-day operations and evolve early-stage ideas into future growth initiatives.
