EXPERIENCE Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement
SCHOLARSHIPBachelors degree required.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS TECHNICAL SKILLS
Building and executing category strategies.
Contract negotiation and contract management.
Comfortable modeling Total Cost of Ownership TCO.
Ability to drive change management and gain consensus from client stakeholders across several business units company wide.
Must possess strong overall knowledge and understanding of businesscontract issues and broad understanding of competitive productsservices, technology, and market and industry issues.
Knowledge of supplier ecosystems and markets that serve the above categories.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Individual needs to be very detail oriented and able to deliver projects on time.
High level of supply chain and operational acumen, with demonstrated endtoend understanding.
Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel financial analysis and PowerPoint presentations.
SOFT SKILLSDemonstrated ability to develop relationships, communicate effectively and influence.
Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment.
