- Sources, recruits, screens, interviews and recommends external and/or internal candidates for all level jobs, including entry level.
- May utilize the services of employment agencies - Places employment ads in appropriate sources - Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, including EEO statistics - Create recruiting strategies for specific vacancies to be covered.
Required profile.
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills are required.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
- Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office and e-mail skills required.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 5-7 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting - Knowledge in recruiting processes including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
