Right now we are looking for a Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier tech talent, complemented by expertise in People Analytics Focus to join our team at Globant! This hybrid role combines traditional recruitment responsibilities with data-driven insights to optimize talent acquisition strategies and improve hiring outcomes.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
Leverage diverse sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and employee referrals, to attract top IT talent.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for high-demand roles.
Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with HR and leadership to design and implement analytics frameworks that enhance decision-making in talent acquisition.
Create dashboards and reports to track recruitment KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Support workforce planning initiatives by integrating recruitment insights with broader organizational data.
What will help you succeed.
Minimum of 5 years in IT recruitment, including technical and senior-level hiring.
Strong expertise in People Analytics or experience integrating data analytics into recruitment processes.
Proficiency in recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and analytics platforms (e.
., Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).
Advanced English for effective communication with international candidates and teams.
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to interpret and present data insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
Advanced level of English Strong interpersonal skills.
Goal orientation and flexibility Negotiation skills.
