The Account Executive will develop a sales pipeline mix of high value and transactional accounts, recruit and launch businesses to sell their products in www.

x and manage the portfolio to grow their sales.
Specifically, this individual will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the executive teams of prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, also you will work with merchants as an account manager (50% of the time) – helping them to launch and grow on Amazon by ensuring they understand Amazon’s products, services, systems and tools.

· Manage numerous opportunities concurrently and strategically.
· Analyze customer data and make recommendations in order to maximize the potential of the assigned territory.
Execute successfully on the plan recommended · Work closely with new merchants, educating them about Amazon’s high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience · Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems so they may become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory and performance efficiently and to the required standards · Prepare and deliver business reviews regarding progress and state of health for the respective territory · Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the sellers in your territory.
Use these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
· Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and operational metrics.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications - Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies - Bachelor's degree - Speak, write, and read fluently in English PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools - Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals
