ssist in the management and maintenance of external supplier KPI's relevant to product quality and durability.
nsure conformance to all ZF specifications and standards applying proper APQP and PPAP methodologies according to ZF, AIAG, VDA, and IATF standards to Direct Suppliers and Sub-Suppliers.
ffectively develop the supplier using core quality tools as it relates to Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, and Control Charts.
ffectively lead and participate in all activities related to customer and internal complaints during Supplier Readiness Execution, utilizing all problem-solving tools as it relates to 8D methodologies.
onduct and Lead Supplier Audits as it relates to pre-sourcing, IATF, VDA, AIAG, and ZF specific audits.
ffectively interpret and communicate manufacturing and technical specifications.

ssential Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering6+ years of professional experience in Quality, Process Engineering, Project management.
