Advanced English skills.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, management or a related field.
Strong leadership skills such as team building, ability to teach/mentor, problem-solving, decisiveness, self-check, or active-listening.
Strong management skills such as flexibility, adaptability, risk/metric management, client/stakeholderFLEXIBILITY, ADAPTABILITY, RISK/METRIC MANAGEMENT, CLIENT/StakeHolder & COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT, TEAM/Resource MANAGEMENT.
Strong operative skills such as P&L analysis, Revenue/Cost forecasting, Contract negotiation, or proposal elaboration.
Strong familiarity with Jira as a project management software tool and with CCAI Literate about organic/agile tough process and development.
Examples are RUP (), Scrum (), Extreme Programming (), DSDM (), Agile Manifesto (), Kanban, LeSS, Lean Enterprise, etc.
