WHAT YOU WILL DO.
Work with technical teams and end users to build innovative solutions in an Agile environment Lead transitioning analytical models into production ready applications deployed in a scalable cloud environment Research, propose, and leverage commercial tools, packages, best practices to improve organizational software engineering capabilities Build automation including CI/CD and automated testing Liaise between data science and engineering teams RESPONSIBILITIES.
s a developer, you are responsible for delivering valuable software to your clients while adhering to technical standards, company values, and industry best practices.
Your success in this position will require you to set and meet appropriate expectations with customers and delight customers by anticipating their needs.
You will be accountable for meeting commitments and producing quality, tested software.

Development.
Design, develop, and maintain dynamic web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.
Collaboration.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and project managers, to deliver seamless solutions.
Architecture.
Define and implement robust backend architectures and database structures to support application scalability and performance.
API Integration.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services effectively.
Code Quality.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices.
Mentorship.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce development standards.
Problem Solving.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
Innovation.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose their adoption where applicable.
