DESARROLLO DE NUEVOS PRODUCTOS DE COMPLEJIDAD MEDIA-ALTA DESDE EL PUNTO DE VISTA TÃCNICO DE EMPAQUE.
ACTIVIDADES PRINCIPALES A REALIZAR.
PLANEAR, DESARROLLAR, CALIFICAR NUEVOS COMPONENTES DE EMPAQUE, ASÃ COMO IMPLEMENTAR MEJORAS EN LOS COMPONENTES DE EMPAQUE EXISTENTES, PARA LA INNOVACIÃN EN EL DESARROLLO DE NUEVOS PRODUCTOS A NIVEL LOCAL Y REGIONAL, A TRAVÃS DE UNA BUENA ORGANIZACIÃN, PLANEACIÃN, LIDERAZGO Y EXPERIENCIA RESPONSABLE DEL DESARROLLO DE EMPAQUES, COMO SOPORTE TÃCNICO A ÃREAS OPERATIVAS EN LA FASE DE DESARROLLO DE LOS PROYECTOS.
VÃNCULO ENTRE LAS ÃREAS INTERNAS DE LA EMPRESA COMO PARTE DEL DESARROLLO DE NUEVOS PRODUCTOS A NIVEL CLUSTER Y GLOBALMENTE.
LIDERAR WORKSTREAMS REGIONALES DE MEJORA DE PROCESOS.
CANAL DE COMUNICACIÃN ENTRE LOS EQUIPOS GLOBALES Y DEL CLUSTER PARA LA IMPLEMENTACIÃN DE NUEVOS PRODUCTOS EN PLANTAS DE MANUFACTURA Y MAQUILADOS.
CREAR PLANES DE VALIDACIÃN PARA NUEVAS EMPAQUES EN CONJUNTO CON LOS EQUIPOS GLOBALES.
REALIZAR PRUEBAS DE ESTABILIDAD, PRUEBAS TÃCNICAS Y ANÃLISIS REQUERIDOS POR CAMBIOS/ INTRODUCCIÃN DE NUEVOS EMPAQUES.
SEGUIMIENTO AL CUMPLIMIENTO DE ACTIVIDADES DEL ROLE EN EL TIEMPO ESTABLECIDO EN EL TIMELINE DE PROYECTOS.
LIDERAR PRUEBAS DE VALIDACIÃN EN LÃNEAS DE PRODUCCIÃN (PPVs).
APOYO TÃCNICO EN PRUEBAS EN LÃNEA LIDERADAS POR CALIDAD (PLQs).
IDENTIFICACIÃN DE CAUSA RAÃZ DE PROBLEMAS EN EL DESARROLLO / IMPLEMENTACIÃN DEL PROYECTO Y SUGERENCIA DE SOLUCIONES.
SOPORTE EN EL ANÃLISIS DE FACTIBILIDAD PARA PROYECTOS POTENCIALES DE AHORRO.
TRATO CON PROVEEDORES Y MAQUILADORES.
REQUERIMIENTOS.
LICENCIATURAS EN DISEÑO INDUSTRIAL, DISEÑO GRÃFICO O INGENIERO INDUSTRIAL (TITULADO) MAESTRÃA AFIN (OPCIONAL) IDIOMAS.
90% DE INGLÃS (Avanzado) MÃNIMO 3 A 5 AÑOS DE EXPERIENCIA EN PUESTO SIMILAR EN EMPRESAS DE CONSUMO MASIVO, QUÃMICAS, ALIMENTICIAS, FARMACÃUTICAS.} CONOCIMIENTO DE DIVERSOS MATERIALES DE EMPAQUE Y TÃCNICAS DE IMPRESIÃN.
CONOCIMIENTO EN PRUEBAS FUNCIONALES PARA VALIDAR LOS EMPAQUES.
EXPERIENCIA EN PROCESO GENERAL DE DESARROLLO DE NUEVOS PRODUCTOS.
CONOCIMIENTO DE PAQUETES GENERALES DE CÃMPUTO COMO SAP, PLM, OUTLOOK, PROJECT, MICROSOFT OFFICE, AUTOCAD, ILLUSTRATOR.
ÃMBITO DE TRABAJO.
PLANTA TOLUCA, CON DISPONIBILIDAD DE VISITAR PROVEEDORES Y TERCEROS TANTO EN MÃXICO COMO EN OTROS PAÃSES.
RESIDIR EN TOLUCA, EDO.
